3. Assistance applications and documents
Applications and supporting documents are confidential. They are stored privately, available only to authorized reviewers, and every access is recorded. Administrative notes and decisions are never published.
4. Payments
Card payments will be handled by a certified third-party payment processor. We will not store your card details on our systems.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, under confidentiality obligations, with the parties needed to verify an application (such as the cemetery or funeral provider you name), or when required by law.
6. Retention
We keep application records only as long as needed to review, document and account for assistance, and then delete or anonymize them.
7. Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information, and to edit or remove any memorial, at any time.
